Bumper safety. How many of your mommas will be heeding the warning about bumpers and not using them? Better a bruise noggin than a loss due to suffocation. Give me your thoughts?!

I actually bought a breatheable mesh one, that way I don't have to worry so much! Not only do I get the comfort of knowing she won't bump her head but should she press up against the thing she won't suffocate

I registered for a mesh one. I'm not so worried about them bumping their head as I am about them getting their legs or arms stuck in the spindles.

I'm going to use them once my child can roll over by her self and lift her head. The amount of deaths due to bumpers is very very low. And as long as the child can roll themselves away then they should suffocate from getting stuck. Also make sure you have installed them properly

Just set up my crib and was wondering the same thing. I have it on and also used one with my son. I think it's fine if you follow the instructions.

My daughter had mesh bumpers but then I took them out because I had to adjust them everyday. 
She never once got hurt from her crib they aren't going to roll over with enough force to really hurt themselves. The only thing that every happened is she stuck her leg through the slots a couple of times and got mad because she couldn't get her foot back out on her own because she had turned it sideways.
