when should I test?

I am due for my period on the 1st of November and very anxious. Had cramping ever since ovulation, nausea, headache, nipples are tender and I just don't feel like myself with cold symptoms. When should I test?

I'm the same my period is due Saturday yet glow said I can test today :/ was thinking of testing first thing tomorrow ? I got flu like symptoms , throwing up the past week been mega tired heartburn and my partner things my upper half has changed size and colour yet I'm not convinced I am pregnant feel let down month after month of trying just to see negitive results
