After Nexplanon/Implanon removal

So I got my Nexplanon taken out Sept. 30 after 2 1/2 yrs. I didn't have a single period the whole time it was in. I bled lightly for about 4-5 days then had unprotected sex that weekend(Oct. 8). My nipples started hurting the week after and now this week my breasts are tender and a bit swollen and I'm peeing more often. Also a tad bit moody. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago(Oct. 24) and got a negative. Are these my hormones or could I be pregnant? What symptoms did you have? How long did it take before you conceived after getting the implant removed? Thanks!!
