So my 18 month old son has what seems like a pimple on my right shin a few weeks ago. He's had them before so I wasn't really worried. But recently it has gotten bigger, hard as a rock, and just today it started leaking clear fluid. He has a Dr's appt tomorrow (the soonest he could get him in) but I was hoping someone else knows what this could be? My mother, friend, and husband have no idea what it could be. Hoping for real answers tomorrow. Just really curious
