What does it mean when u at your fertility peek but do not show any signs of CM?

I am at my peek of fertility and I ovulate on the 30th but today I haven't felt any signs of mucus... Is this normal ?

How do you know for sure you ovulate on the 30th? Apps aren't always acurate with that. Your body will give you all of the signs when you ovulate. Not every woman ovulated every month and we don't always ovulate at the same time every month. I hope this helps
