When I was 17(I'm 19 about to be 20 now) I was at the doctor for irregular periods and my doctor diagnosed me with PCOS. I was put on birth control and at the time I was on paroxetine for depression. I gained way too much weight so I stopped taking both of them. Then the doctor put me on metformin to help with my periods but that didn't work. So now I only take provera every three months to make myself have a period. And recently I had blood work done and have high liver enzymes. They waited two months and checked me again and same thing. I keep reading that they can be linked but I have no idea what any of this means and I just need someone to ease my mind about all of this. I have to go have more tests run in January about my liver enzymes and I've been researching and everything says cancer, hepatitis, all sorts of things like that and I'm super scared.
