UTI's after using condoms

Everytime my S/O and I have sex with a condom I get a UTI. We've gotten used to not using anything but I know it's risky and I'm not on any form of birth control. We are both medical students and aren't anywhere near ready for a baby. Unfortunately I'm studying abroad and am pretty sure my medical insurance won't cover for the monthly costs plus I've not exactly had amazing experiences with previous forms of BC anyway. I've also finally, officially been diagnosed with PSOS and so if I do get pregnant I wouldn't even know for a while since my monthlies can be up to 3 months late. I used to use condoms back home with my previous guy and had no problems, so I don't know if it's something that they add here that my body doesn't like or? I am completely baffled. Any advice ladies?
