Please help!!(updated)

I'm 14 (almost 15 not that it makes a huge diff) and me and my bf had PROTECTED(condom) sex 4 days ago. 2 days ago I started having mild to moderate cramps, an increase in appetite, nausea, sore breasts, and I have been running higher temp than normal for myself. I'm not sure what I should do my mom knows me and him had protected sex but I'm worried to ask her about it yet because her first question will be "are you pregnant?" But I honestly don't know right now. Please give me feedback!! And please don't be rude because I'm stressed over this as it is.

Update: I was looking at my past logs and realized that we had had sex a few weeks ago and it was about the right time for me to have been showing symptoms. I'd had about three days of just spotting when I should of had my usual period I'm due for my next period in a week or so but he got tests today and is going to get them to me on Monday.
