cervix check

so I knew I'd spot after my cervix check at my appt. today, but I didn't expect to be so crampy and have all that pinching afterwards. Called Dr. office like 5-6 hours afterward and they told me to go to L/D, get to L/D and they say Dr. should have told me I'd be that crampy. ughhh.
