I have had sex multiple times but I don't think my cherry has been popped! Would I know it if I had an orgasm? It hurt but not as badly as I was expecting. Do you only lose your virginity once your cherry is popped?

Some women are either not born with a hymen or their hymen is already popped before having sex. Having sex for the first time hymen or not it is most likely going to be uncomfortable and sometimes your hymen doesn't pop the first time.  And if you've ever had an orgasm you would know , however some women do not ever have orgasms and if that is the case I am terribly sorry.
