Creepy skin!

Past few weeks I've noticed really itchy bumps around my genital areas (the crease right before the outer lip) I noticed I've gotten stretch marks & you know they get itchy & I had to stratch & later bumps would appear. And I thought nothing of it, I'm scared to get checked in case the blood test comes out positive.. But now, I get these weird skin breakages on my butt cheeks but never on the crack area.. I tried to search it up and i scared myself even more. Last time I had sex was in June & it was unprotected.
