Help! So much acne😩

eve since I was probably in the 6th or 7th grade I've had acne and from on a scale to 1-10 it's probably at a 2 or 3 right now, but it's been worse. I get acne all over my face, my back, and recently I've started to get so much acne on my chest but I'm no sure why. Any tips and tricks? Or a reason on why I have so much there all of a sudden?
