What does it mean to start sobbing in fear in the middle of sex? I have a perfect relationship with my partner so I don't understand why this is happening. Could it be something related to repressed memories of abuse?

Unless you suddenly felt frightened or traumatized, it's nothing to freak out over.

When you have sex, you release a flood of hormones and chemicals. When I have particularly good sex and just sort of let go and let my stress wash away, I almost always cry, which in turn seems to increase my chances of having an orgasm.
