breastfeeding help

Im currently breastfeeding my baby from the right breast... Because the other one is always cracked and bleeding no matter what I do...
1) is it possible to finish milk from the right breast if I keep doing this?
2) my left breast..around the nipple area I feel a lump and my breastis always heavy and hurting 😔... Any advice
