Diet effecting period?

Does eating junk food and unhealthy stuff effect your period? I haven't had my period in months now, and I doing really eat healthy, in 5th grade I was named for Junk Food Queen cause I brought junk food everyday for snack.  So should I start eating healthy? I'm 13 and kinda worried

Yes it can I would try to eat healthier just so your body is healthier which can help regulate your cycles some but drastic eating changes can affect your period stress also effects it and sometimes junk foods or greesy foods can  bring on acne

Yes a diet change towards more health ways can help reregulate your cycle. But during your teen years it will be irregular for a few years. During middle school I would randomly just not get mine for a few months. I  was on the volleyball team, a vegetarian, healthy, and not sexually active. So it could be diet or it could be your body still figuring out stuff. If there is worry about possible pregnancy than it should be looked into. Good luck.
