breast reduction

I'm contemplating if I want a breast reduction. I'm really insecure with them, size 36 C...possibly D? But anyways when I look in the mirror it seems like my body is proportioned but I just don't like how big they seem to be. I hate how they look with a lot of clothes and with bikini especially. When I mention the idea to my bf he likes me the way I am but would also be supportive of the idea. I would want to go down to like a B and get some lift in my breast because I hate how it looks.
