no af/no bfp

I was supposed to get af today and the last three months that I've been on Clomid I get it the night before I didn't get it last night I didn't get it this morning so I took a test and it was negative now I'm wondering what's going on I mean I know you can get false negative or maybe I don't have enough hCG but since I started Clomid I have never been late always the night before so i'm wondering what you have done if you've been through this before how long do you wait to retest I know at least two days but is that too soon because I really feel like I'm not going to get af but I don't want to waste money if it's to early I waited to test till 14dpo and I was so sure I was going to get a positive but I didn't :/ what do I do?
