2 topics, 1 post: Vitex and donors
1) those who have taken Vitex, did you have any side effects? And what dose did you take? The bottle says 2 tabs twice a day and that seems like a lot to me. I took my 1st dose today and only did 2 tabs once. My stomach got a little upset and I had a weird bowel movement (tmi I know)
2) those of you who had to use donor sperm, what did you and your partner do? Did you buy? If so, did you buy washed or unwashed? What was the cost like? Did u use a friend? Or did you find one from a site like KDR.com? If not KDR, which one? We are 2 weeks from my o date and still have no donor lol
