Postpartum Support

How helpful was your spouses support After you had your baby? Physically, mentally, and emotionally. I'm 2 months postpartum and my husband is overseas. I need my husband right now, more than anything, but he's so busy that he can't afford to support me in the way that I'd like. He's been gone for almost 11 months and this is by far the hardest thing we've had to deal with during this tour. I don't know what to do. I don't want to bug and annoy him anymore but I also know that I can't get the same type of support from my family and friends.
