Did I have a miscarriage?

Okay so I'm a little freaked out. This month I had started my birth control about two weeks late. (That's awful I know. I've never even missed a pill before.) I never thought throughout the month I'd be pregnant. I've been having weird dizzy spells, and nausea (often really bad towards the night oddly) but never suspected pregnancy. My period came about 3 days late. The first day it was HEAVY (which it usually never is.) and the 2nd day it was straight black! (TMI sorry) and just now, I went to the bathroom and when I turned around to flush, something caught my eye. Two little grey blobs, with red speckles. Like they were really tiny. The size of a pea. Now I'm cramping like crazy. And I never cramp! I had noticed all through the month I've been kinda very lightly crampy. But I'm really scared! I'm not sure what that was and I've never miscarried so I'm not sure what to expect? I'm sure if I was pregnant I would've only had to been barely 4 weeks. But can someone explain this???
