Question for those who have conceived?

Hello ladies! Sorry if I am posting in the wrong forum but for all you women who have successfully conceived using glow, I was wondering what you did to help you along? Did you take opk's and pre seed and stuff? A little insight would be greatly appreciated as I have been trying for 11 months now and starting to feel like I want to give up but EVERYTIME I read success stories it gives me a nip in the bud and I feel motivated to keep trying! Congrats to you all btw :)
