How do I handle a cyst on the lips of my vagina?

I had one from an ingrown hair and I filled my tub with really hot water and poured some salt in it . I did this for a couple days straight and it's popped on its own and went away. Hope this helps

Usually they clear up by themselves. It will either get smaller over a few weeks and vanish, or it could burst and drain the infection and then go away. If it doesn't OR if it just really bugs you and you don't want to wait, you can go to your doctor and they might drain it for you (if they feel like that's an appropriate thing to do, depending on size and location and pain, ect).
