Endometrisos question

I made apt with specialist today. The pain is unbearable. I am in tears 2 different doctors have said they believe it is endo but know one has figured out for sure. When you ladies went to doctor what did they do to help? How long was it till you had the procedure? I am in so much pain I want it taken care of NOW lol but of course the doctors won't see it that way. I am just so fed up with it!
