mood swings?

I'm currently 5 weeks and some days post partum and experiencing mood swings and still somewhat emotional. Is this normal?

Answer

I believe so! As I was being discharged from the hospital, the nurse told me how hormones are still going to be all over the place, especially if I'm breastfeeding, because there's still a lot going on with our bodies as they try to get back to normal. I was told that if I feel randomly sad or something like that that it's totally normal 😊
