I'm 9 weeks post partum. I delivered vaginally and had a 2nd degree tear. I tried to have sex a week ago but it was painful and I chickened out!!! We tried a finger and that didn't hurt but when he put his penis in it hurt like I was a virgin again. Sorry if TMI but tel me this passes and soon! I feel bad for my fiancé and would like our sex life to go back to normal again. Plz tell me your experiences and what I can do to ease the pain and when will I go back to normal???
