Diva cup! May be considered gross at first buuuuut! You can wear it like all day, if you don't have too heavy of a flow, don't have to worry about TSS and it saves you money and the environment!

I got my period at 12 and used tampons from day 1. Hate pads.

I got my period at 11 and started using tampons around 13. It is much more
comfortable- just use them as directed and don't sleep in them.

They are only "less healthy" with misuse.
