Can anyone tell me what this is? I get them on my right breast every so often. They are hard and usually filled with pus and one had a hole in the middle after it popped. I need help! TIA!

In my unprofessional opinion, this is nothing to worry about. I get these sometimes. They're ingrown hairs, or boils, or cysts, whatever you want to call them. They take a loooooooong time to heal too. No fun!
However gross and long-lasting they are, they're nothing to be too concerned about. They're not cancer or tumors or anything crazy. 
Perhaps consider washing your bras more often, or I have also noticed a decrease in all my body acne when I lower (or completely eliminate) the amount of sugar in my diet.

Could honestly just be an ingrown hair. Though it might be a tiny hair, if aggitated, it can become infected

Just seems like a bad pimple. How often do you wash your bras?

Could be a pimple that hasnt developed a head or and in grown hair or hairs go to your dr and see what they say
