embarrassing advice needed ...

Hi ladies 
Slightly embarrassing situation... I'm 12 weeks PP and have gone back to the gym yay! I've just signed up with a personal trainer and have my first session next week and I'm very nervous. I think my pelvic floor is under control - no accidents coughing or sneezing and I can certainly hold my pee 👌🏻
HOWEVER I sometimes pass gas involuntarily and am terrified of doing this at the gym!! If I bend down and pick up the baby from her mat or chair sometimes one comes out that I wasn't even aware of to even try and hold in! Imagine that if this big unit of a guy asks me to squat and I let one rip - I would die!!!!!!  
Any ideas of what exercises to do to strengthen down there? Is it just the good old kegels or something else? Any hints on making sure they don't pop out during strenuous activity would also be greatly appreciated 😂😂
