boyfriend problems😔

I've been dating my boyfriend for 13 months. We started when I was an 8th grader and he was a jounior in high school, but now a whole year as gone by. Know one knew that I was an 8th grader and he told them I was a freshman. I didn't know that until today. He told me to take 2020 out of my bio and I asked why. He told me because he is a senior and I'm a freshman. I feel upset because I feel like he's embarrassed of me. What is your thoughts?
