2 things!
1. Can you lose your mucus plug in pieces? I had what looked like flem discharge a while ago but idk if it was my mucus plug?
2. Lightening crotch that happens all night.. is this common or normal? The struggle with this is real. You feel the pain with any little movement and the pressure of trying to stand up straight out of bed is crazy!!!
Any tips or knowledge would be much appreciated ! 36+2 here !
