My ex fiance denied our daughter and refused to sign her birth certificate or give her his last name intil after he knew for sure our baby was his. So after seeing how much she favored him and one of his sons he said he didn't need a test. But he refused to change her last name. I'm so upset. Why wouldn't he want his first daughter to have his last name?

Now I will admit to changing her first name from what we originally agreed to because he said he wasn't signing her birth certificate 2 weeks before we had her. So he wanted her first name to be one thing but didn't want her to have his last nane smh. So I just named her after my grandmother. But I still want her to have his last name. Should I just leave it alone? I bring it up often because it bothers me. His two boys have his last name. It's not right
