I stayed as active as my body allowed me throughout my pregnancy, being heavily involved in CrossFit pre-pregnancy I continued my routine (modified down by a lot) but I'm so happy I continued going!! I'm feeling great and am pretty happy!! Now I just can't wait to get back into it!! 👊🏻💪🏻
