Pains and swollen hard tummy
Hi I need some help I was supposed to come on yesterday and didn't but while I was shopping I got this really horrible pain at the bottom of my tummy that lasted for a good half an hour, I still have the pain but it's not as bad but now my belly feels hard and looks a bit swollen can anyone help dunno what it could be
