any difference between and cramps af and pregnancy cramps?

Feeling out this month because I've had lower back pains constantly for the past few days. Sometimes feels like af and sometimes it doesn't. I just feel discouraged. Af due nov 3. 🙁

I had AF type cramps from about 9d po constantly. The only difference is I only get usually got AF within a couple of hours of them starting

My pregnancy cramps felt like af cramps. I was positive af was coming so i had given up bc of my cramps but nope got my bfp!

I was in the same boat, had a little cramping today for about 10 minutes. AF wasn't due until the 3rd but I went to the bathroom 5 minutes ago and there is light spotting, I'm not sure what to think! But now I don't feel anything like I normally due when AF visits.
