Thanks for the reply Sara! Well as I'm at a healthy weight in the doctors eyes, but I've had a hard few years and only this year I've managed to sort my self out. Suffering with depression and then being signed of work for a year was hard. I just want everything to be perfect

Thanks for the reply Hun! This is the thing was severely underweight a few months ago, was a long story but ended up on an eating plan from the doctors Etc, I'm feeling really uncomfortable in my skin even tho my s/o adores me. I just want everything to be right for my pregnancy as I have had a miscarriage before. X

I'm the same I'm not overweight or under. I have started calorie counting so I don't go over my recommended calories and a run or walk daily ( xmas I ate what I wanted tho) I just want the best possible start for my baby nothing wrong with that x

Getting healthy doesn't necessarily mean losing weight. Healthy is good for baby- but I'm slightly concerned because you said you were recently underweight. What does your doctor say?

No it isn't wrong, if your wanting to loose weight but get underweight then you will have problems concieving. But to change your lifestyle nothing wrong about that lol x
