anxious, sad, and scared

hi everyone, i am having a really difficult time right now. i am suppose to be 9w 3d, i started spotting the dark brown stuff sunday night and on monday it was heavier but still brown so i went to my doctor very scared and nervous, they did a pee test and took blood,said that my hcg levels were 2100 and my pee test was positive and i am waiting to here back about having an U/S done even tho they said 9 weeks is too early to hear a heart beat...they are telling me not to panic but that's about all they are saying and it's driving crazy, i am just being left in the dark :(, this is saturday and i am still spotting.
