kind of TMI: pain while inserting a tampon??
I've been using regular tampons for the longest time, this cycle on day 1 of my period the regular wasn't enough And I ended up bleeding though my scrubs... long story short I tried using a super flow tampon and it hurt like hell to inser it & could t insert it all the way... my question is: is this normal or has anyone had something like this happen?
