trying to work out if I've ovulated already..

So this month I have started taking vitex and have read some women finds this makes them ovulate early. I haven't had a positive opk, but they're internet cheapies and I am thinking they're duds. Here is my bbt chart, I had lots of EWCM around day 15. Glow is used to me ovulating later due to longer cycles but the vitex is supposed to shorten this. My CM is no longer as EW as earlier, and is more creamy. Do you think I have ovulated earlier? :) edit: I also have been having some pain in my lower left side, and the internet says this often occurs after ovulation?
