first period postpartum / mini pill
Advice on getting period postpartum please! I'm going into 9 weeks PP and think I got my first period since giving birth in August. I started the mini pill for birth control a week ago (I'm exclusively pumping). It hasn't been very heavy so I'm also wondering if it's bleeding due to the pill...
Regardless, using a tampon is SO uncomfortable!!! I had to take it out. I couldn't sit, but it didn't bother to much when I was walking around. My doctor said I was all healed at my 6week appt so I was able to use tampons. But no!! Ugh I don't want to wear pads anymore :(
