what is your typical night routine?

When your newborn wakes up, what is your typical night routine? I've been getting up (can't breastfeed laying down, side lying) and give gas drops then do 1 breast, burp then change him if he fell asleep which was recommended by midwife and then 2nd breast, burp and then give anti fungal creme for thrush :-( so frustrating with thrush then apply creme to my nipples and air out for 5-10 min. This whole process takes atleast an hr.

This happens every 2-3 hours, I guess there isn't really a way to make it shorter haha, my LO likes to hang out on the breast . Atleast he tires himself out luckily and goes back to sleep.

20 mins maximum once a night. Usually 4am. Nappy , bottle , burp sleep. Breast feeding does take so much longer. That's why I can't personally cope with it. I need sleep

Mine sounds almost exactly the same minus the thrush part but I keep my daughter vertical by burping or holding her for 20 min to help with the gas. It takes forever!

Evrry hour he wakes up. Only takes one breast. I feed then hand him over. SO sits him upright for 20 then puts him down. We don't change him anymore. He won't take other boob...but he's hungry again 40 minutes later.  Killing us ...so sleep deprived. When does this end?

Change diaper, bottle, burp and right back to bed. It usually takes 20mins but then unfortunately I struggle to go back to sleep. Luckily he's only up twice a night and my husband does the second feeding

Change nappy, feed and wind. Done. Although she is a nightmare to wind so I can be up for an hour each time and she's up every 2 hours ish 😴
