boyfriend trouble/ ex boyfriend

Hi everyone, I don't know if you guys remember I posted something about my boyfriend staying late at work. Yesterday happen again but this time I had a friend over at my house and she help me out to pick an outfit and he stood me up again. It was around 1 am when he called me telling me that I was not at my house. My friend and I had fallen sleep because she was waiting for him to pick me up so she could leave. I ended up answering his call and I face time him so he could see that I was at my house sleep. But once he saw my friend sleeping in my bed he started telling me that I was a lesbian. That I was cheating on him with a female and broke up with me. So today he called me to fight and to tell me that he never thought that I will be leaving him for a female. Today I went to pick up some items from a friends house and he tracked my phone and started telling that I was looking for someone to have sex with me. I go so angry that I left my friends house and now I'm at my house bored as hell. I had spend most of my day at my house and when I decided to go out he tracks my freaking phone. I have already change my phones password a couple of times. What do you girls think? Should I try and fix things or should I just ignore him and be single for a while?
