ttc don't want to get hopes up

Hi girls, been ttc for a few months now. Due on next Thursday (29 day cycle). All week my legs have been cramping and my feet have really hurt. Also had waves of nausea. Super sleepy. And to top it off while driving home the other day turning my steering wheel hurt my boobs. So showed my other half and he said they looked bigger and nipples looked huge. Also had slight on off tingling sensation in them. Could all of these be signs or am I going insane? Please help/advise xxxxx
