babymoon anyone ?

So my husband mentioned that maybe we should book a cruise only 3 nights to the Bahamas just because we may not have time after the baby in March

I reallllllyyyy wanted to say yes right away but here I'am couponing and prepping for baby by getting diapers and baby products on sale just to cut costs.

I feel like a babymoon trip would be perfect and spontaneous it also worried about the trip turning out to be about $500-$600.

Is anyone going on a babymoon trip ?

I live in Miami. We didn't want to travel so we just stayed at a nice resort and ordered room service All weekend and went to the beach and pool 😍 it rained about but I loved it..

It will be worth every single penny! Don't get me wrong I love my family I consider my extremely blessed to be a stay at home of 4 (soon to be five!) but in the last ten years we've been on one cruise since kids and that was last year! Babysitters are expensive and your not going to want to leave baby live it up and soak it in, everything is about to change in perfect amazing wonderful ways but change nonetheless.

Sounds good but the only problem is they don't let you cruise after 24 weeks because if you go into labor they don't have anything your premature baby would need to survive. Usually they have no personal that even know how to deliver a baby. They have Doctors of course but not that specialize in that kind of stuff. If you went into labor or something happened they would have to call a rescue helicopter and there is no guarantee that they would even reach you in time and that's a liability issue.

I'll be 28 weeks when we leave for our babymoon yo Spain! Can't wait for our last big international vacation! I am kind of bummed that we won't have more vacations internationally once baby is here.

Definitely plan a trip. Although most cruises won't let you on post 23 weeks. We're just flying to Florida and staying at the beech for a few days cuz carnival and royal won't let me cruise

DO IT!!!!  We loved ours!!!  I highly recommend doing it during second trimester though-you don't know how uncomfortable you could be during third.

Do it! Once baby is here you may never feel like ever treating yourself and rarely get to spend that type of quality time with your hub. That being said...we're not taking one. But that's bc we took multiple trips right before we conceived, including our honeymoon, and are going to California for Christmas to visit my family.
