Please experienced mommas I need your advise! So I been having mild pain contractions since 2am for about 1 hour and a half 4,5 - 5 minutes apart then I fall sleep because I was exhausted. Now it's 6.30am and I woke up half an hour ago with the same pattern but stronger... Been counted them and I'm waiting to reach a whole hour to maybe ask my midwife if this can be the real deal or false alarm 😕🤔
