Should i pop a pimple on my nose?

Question

I have this huge pimple on my nose, ive been having it for about 4-5 days. Ive tried lemon juice, ice, apple cide vinegar, scrubs and nothing. Yesterday i did ice and i got a white scab on it like peeling basically but not a white head. I'm putting a hot cloth on it so it can turn into a head by today. Should i pop it with a needle?

If I've had one for days and it's not getting better, I like to boil water and put my face over the steam to help open my pores. Then I take a clean washcloth, dip it into the hot water and press the cloth to the problem area. This allows the pores to open and blood rushes to the area which helps to fight infection. Then I pop the pimple, if you need to use a needle make sure you sterilize it first by either applying rubbing alcohol to it, or putting it over a flame first.
I have heard it can be helpful to immediately apply ice after popping the pimple, as that will help reduce inflammation. However, inflammation (from the increased blood supply to the area) helps fight infection, so perhaps it's a good idea to allow the area to stay hot by reapplying the hot washcloth.
Applying witch hazel after popping a pimple is a good idea because witch hazel tones skin and causes pores to close back up so you don't have open wounds on your face. Tea tree essential oil, lavender essential oil, coconut oil, rose hip oil are all infection-fighting oils that can help too.
