Acne is so bad!!

So I'm 31, came off the pill in late July. I've been on it since I was 15 I think. The acne is awful. That's the reason I went on birth control in the first place but having it now it's terrible! It's usually huge hard zits around jaw line and they hurt! Anyone use anything for this? I'm currently taking probiotics, prenatals and just started evening primrose oil.
