Spotting 35 weeks?

In no way am I freaking out. There was just a little bit of blood mixed with a bunch of mucus when I wiped. Sorry if that's tmi lol. I'm sure we're all used to hearing that by now. 😛 anyways, I read that it could be from a few different things to cervix starting to dialate to having sex and also from an internal exam. Well nothings been up there for about a month now, yes that includes no sex lol! So do you think I'm dialating? I've been having weird belly pains that I think are contractions but I'm not sure. Any insight would be helpful thanks!!!
