baby wearing is hottttt

So I didn't realize how hot baby wearing was until I got us a wrap! My little man runs hot, too, so it doesn't matter that we're in the ac. So far the only solution I've found is using my gel breast packs after they've been in the freezer a while. They conveniently slide right into the folds of the wrap but it's more of a short term solution because they get hot so fast. Anyone found any good solution..?
