Sore tatas...

Any suggestions on relieving sore boobs?? I drink alot of water, but I can't even lay flat and then lay on my side. Hurts to even touch or walk! I am now wearing a bathing suit top cuz my bras hurt to wear.. Help!!!!!!!!!!
