I blew it!
I'm so upset. I've been on a low-carb/no-carb diet for about a month now. I've been losing a lot of weight, too. But within two days, I caved in and I have had 2 donuts, a Dr Pepper, a Sprite, a muffin, and 4 slices of pizza. I feel so horrible... I'm about to start my period and I've been having crazy sugar cravings and I just caved and blew it. Ugh. I know that you're not supposed to actually eat sugar when you're craving it, but I'm weak. Just needed to rant.
